We were commissioned by SEMTA – the Sector Skills Council for science, engineering and manufacturing technologies – to carry out a major study to identify how well the organisation communicated with its customers.

SEMTA’s objective was to improve the effectiveness, right across the operation, of its systems, people and ways of communicating and working with its customers and stakeholders.
