Assessment Centres for DWP
Pareas Associates was part of a team of skilled assessors - assessing candidates for selection to take part in the DWP Early and Emerging Talent Programmes. Candidates underwent a series of development and assessment exercises, as well as psychometric testing, while being observed by assessors. We then produced reports on each candidate.
