• We developed and ran a 3-day workshop, with follow-up, to equip managers with the facilitation skills they needed in their roles.
• Small Business Case Studies
• We produced a series of case studies on the benefits of NVQ implementation for small businesses.
• External Project Management for Technical Guidance Updates
• Pareas Associates managed the work of 4 consultants and 5 steering committees involved in the production of 7 sets of guidance materials on NVQs/SVQs and their development.
