    • We used psychometric tests, group discussions, observations and assessments to recruit senior sales staff for Ramada Jarvis Hotels.
  • Developing 360° Assessment for Middle and Senior Managers
    • We developed 360° assessment tools and processes for senior management – and helped the company to implement and evaluate the system in house.
  • Personal Development Planning Workshops
    • Pareas Associates worked, as part of a collaborative project, to devise and run personal development planning workshops for senior managers from the company’s hotels across the UK.
  • Management Academy Selection
    • Working alongside directors and in collaboration with another consultancy, we managed a series of assessment centres to recruit senior sales staff – and we ran a programme of 5 development centres to select ‘high flyer’ candidates for the company’s Management Academy – our specialist contribution was to provide the psychometric testing.
