Our Team

The quality of our work is underpinned by the breadth of experience we can bring to any project and Pareas Associates can draw on the skills of the following specialists with whom we have worked closely over a number of years. Our long standing relationships with our consultants means there is longevity to our work and continuity to our projects. Each project is built on a strong foundation of teamwork.

Ann Bulleid MIPD

Ann is an executive coach, a proven developer of leaders and has a reputation for providing objective, strategic organisational advice and guidance.  A specialist in working with senior executives and their teams to drive change and align businesses, strategies, people and capability..

Peter Clitheroe FRSA

Peter has an extensive background in training and development, has worked on a variety of standards-based development programmes and developed vocational qualifications across many sectors. He has a wealth of experience in producing training support materials, guidance documents and policy documents for public sector and government agencies. Peter develops learning programmes using both traditional and new digital technologies. 

Anne Harper BA, MA

Anne has long standing expertise in leadership and management, as well as in research and consultation. She is also experienced in business development, stakeholder engagement, programme and project management (a Prince2 practitioner) in the commercial, voluntary and public sectors. Anne is a skilled presenter, facilitator and trainer.

Pamela Mason MHCI

A trainer, teacher, researcher, external verifier and examiner, Pamela has worked in a wide range of different industry settings, including in IT, administration and the hospitality and leisure sector and has played key roles in projects commissioned by the Department for Education in the UK.

Caroline Runswick BEd, MIPD

With over 25 years’ experience in research, training and education, Caroline has worked extensively with lead industry bodies and government agencies to develop national standards for accreditation and implementation across a number of different industry sectors.

Jeff Carter, BEd, MA

Jeff has extensive experience with vocational qualifications both in their development and the quality management systems used by awarding bodies and commercial training companies. He has worked for government agencies as well as sector skills councils and awarding bodies. A specialist in quality assurance he has undertaken systems audits and development as well as interim management assignments.

Andry Kalli and Mary Hudson

Highly experienced administrators and office managers, both Andry and Mary bring valuable expertise in IT, management information and systems to our projects. Andry’s experience is in the banking sector, most recently managing the office of the Finance Director of a FTSE 100 company. Meanwhile, Mary, an economics graduate, spent several years working in BBC television production and overseas programme sales.
